Decent Sampler is a free sampler-type virtual instrument that lets you load sound libraries to choose from.
A sampler is an electronic musical instrument that uses recordings of sounds, called samples, to play back. Samples are combined to form organized and tuned collections, called sampler instruments.
Decent Sampler is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and iOS. Decent Sampler sample files have the extensions dspreset and dslibrary.
.dspreset files are text files in XML format that contain sample details.
It is available in the following formats
